As we approach the end of 2023, it is with immense pride and gratitude that I reflect on the remarkable journey we’ve had as a team and as a business here at SustainHealth Recruitment. This year has been nothing short of exceptional, filled with achievements, recognition, and the unwavering commitment of our dedicated team.
Milestones and Achievements
From expanding our services to reaching new heights in healthcare recruitment, every milestone has been a testament to the dedication and resilience of the entire SustainHealth team. We’ve celebrated successful placements, forged new partnerships, and continued our mission to enrich lives through our recruitment endeavors.
Awards and Accolades
Our commitment to excellence has not gone unnoticed, and I’m thrilled to share that SustainHealth has been honoured with prestigious awards in recognition of our outstanding contributions to the healthcare recruitment sector. Recruiter Insider’s Annual Service Excellence Awards named us finalists for the Best Healthcare & Medical Agency for Candidate Experience and the winner of the Q4 2023 Best Healthcare/Medical Candidate Experience Award. We have been finalists for the Smart50 Resilience Award and were named 6th on their Smart 50 list. Ending the year with being placed 24th in the Australian Financial Review “Fast 100” list. These accolades belong to each member of our team who consistently goes above and beyond.
Community Engagement
Beyond our professional endeavors, our commitment to giving back to the community has remained steadfast. Our involvement in various charitable initiatives, be it health awareness campaigns or supporting our key charity partners, reflects our core values of making a positive impact beyond the realm of recruitment. As a healthcare recruitment company, one of our main purposes is to enrich people’s lives through recruiting with heart, and for the 7th year in a row, we thought about what Share the Dignity’s It’s in the Bag campaign means to us, and how we could use our skills as professional sales people who can negotiate, to get as much from potential donors as possible. Our team managed to achieve thousands of dollars worth of donations from pharmacies and supermarkets throughout the city. Ending the year with our team attending the RSL Poppy Ball which was more than just a glamorous affair but was a chance for our team to come together in support of a brilliant. Every step on the dance floor contributed to the ongoing efforts of our client, RSL in assisting veterans and their families. We also ran/walked over 400 KM for MOvember and raised over $1600.
Celebrating our 6th Birthday in the business and “Christmas in July.”
Breaking from tradition, we embraced the whimsy of “Christmas in July,” turning the mid-year into a wonderland of festivities. It was a delightful escape from routine, we gave away SustainHealth New Financial Year Business Toolkits to our amazing team while we also celebrated our 6th year in business. Six years ago, we embarked on a mission to transform healthcare recruitment, guided by a vision of excellence, compassion, and a commitment to enriching lives. It has been an amazing journey seeing how the company has grown over the years.
Conquering Tough Mudder Challenges
In a display of teamwork, grit, and determination, our SustainHealth team took on the Tough Mudder challenge. The muddy obstacles weren’t just physical hurdles; they symbolised our collective ability to overcome challenges, supporting each other every step of the way. It was a testament to the strength of our bonds beyond the workplace.
Navigating Healthcare Conferences
Throughout the year, we actively engaged in healthcare conferences, staying at the forefront of industry trends and innovations. These gatherings provided invaluable insights, fostering professional growth and enhancing our ability to serve our clients and candidates with the latest knowledge and expertise.
Training and Learning Initiatives
At SustainHealth, we understand the importance of continuous learning. Our team participated in targeted training sessions, enriching their skills and deepening their understanding of the healthcare sector. These learning opportunities empower us to deliver exceptional service, staying ahead in the dynamic world of healthcare recruitment.
Team Incentive in the Hunter Valley
To reward our hardworking team, we organised a team incentive, a retreat in the picturesque Hunter Valley. Surrounded by rolling vineyards and breathtaking landscapes, our team immersed themselves in a weekend of relaxation, team-building activities, and shared moments, fostering a sense of rejuvenation and appreciation for each other’s contributions.
As we bid farewell to 2023, we carry forward the lessons learned, the triumphs celebrated, and the strengthened bonds within our SustainHealth team. Here’s to a year filled with resilience, growth, and the promise of new horizons in the year to come.
