What’s an interesting fact about you?
I share a house with my daughter, who is also a Registered Nurse! My granddaughter calls me “Grin” because she couldn’t say “Gran” when she was younger.
Where are you currently located? Why did you choose this location?
I am based in Streaky Bay, SA. I chose this location because it’s where I grew up and where my family is.
How did you hear about SustainHealth?
I found out about SustainHealth on Facebook, on the Rural and Remote Nursing page.
What has been the highlight of your contract?
The support I have received from my consultant has been the highlight.
What do you want your fellow contractors to know about your location or job role?
Just go out and do it, but always remember you are representing a company when you are on contract, and people will know who you are.
How have you found the service from your consultant at SustainHealth?
Good! The support I receive from Rucha has been the highlight of my contracts.
What is your top tip for other health professionals when choosing their next contract?
- Don’t complain.
- Don’t go bragging about how much you’re getting paid.
- Be aware you are stepping into their space. Be respectful of their place and don’t try to take over, especially in small country towns.
