15 years
What’s an interesting fact about you?
Started my nursing career in my mid-40’s
Where are you currently located?
Remote Queensland
How long is your contract for?
I have completed 10 weeks with 4 more to come next month.
Why did you choose this location?
I’m interested in Aboriginal Health and tropical medicine.
What have been the highlight of your contract?
Going out on Country
What do you want your fellow contractors to know about your location or job role?
Primary Health Nursing encompasses all facets of nursing from birth to death and as a result, is never boring!
What essential items do you take with you when you leave home to work on a contract?
Pegs, coat hangers, a sharp knife and a decent mug.
