SustainHealth Attended the Australian Financial Review Congratulatory Event
On Wednesday 27th November, SustainHealth had the pleasure of attending the Fast 100 networking event.
For 2024, we were lucky to be announced as number 44 on the AFR Fast 100 list from the Australian Financial Review. This award identifies and recognises the fastest growing Australian companies. It was a pleasure mingling with entrepreneurs who had worked so hard and have been so successful over the tough markets that most markets have faced in 2024.
The two companies who came away with the top spots of Fast 100 and Fast Starter lists, were Medi-Vac flights and X-recruiter. Listening to the panel discussion we were able to learn many key insights into successful growth stories. One insight we learnt is that the most successful companies are the ones that have a purposeful mission, vision and set of values, and then communicating them through the business on a regular basis. Followed by a good operational system, that allows for regular communication, in daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings and catch-ups. To ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same mission and company goal. Other topics discussed were hiring in preparation for growth and always focusing on the customer.
